For properties sold at auction, the final price is determined during the auction. Under Queensland legislation, the Property Occupations Act 2014 prohibits agents from providing buyers with a price guide or price range for auctioned properties.
Any sorting or filtering of auction properties on our website does not reflect the final sale price.

Our custom signboards are registered and protected by Australian Intellectual Property Design Rights, remaining the sole intellectual property of ethico estate. These signs are exclusive to properties listed with us, and any copying, alteration, or unauthorized use of design elements is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Terminology
Referral: Recommending a client or lead to a company
Referrer: The person doing the referring
Referred: The client or lead being recommended

Eligibility: To participate in the referral program, you must provide at minimum an address of the property being referred.

Referral fee: A fee of $1,000.00 will be payable to the referrer provided that the lead is converted into a client & successfully settled by ethico estate.

Confidentiality: Referrers identity will not be disclosed to the referred.

Exclusions: The referral fee will not be payable if it can be proven that the referred lead was already in contact with ethico estate or it’s agents up to one month prior to the date the lead was provided. The referral fee will not be payable unless the lead has been submit through the REFER & EARN portal.

Listing Requirement: The property associated with the referral must be listed for sale within four months of the lead being provided. If the property is not listed within this timeframe, the referral will no longer be eligible for the referral fee.

Payment: The referral fee will be processed & paid to referrers nominated bank account within 48hours after the settlement of the property has occurred.

Acknowledgement: Ethico estate will contact the referrer when the sale contract has reached unconditional status & request the referrers bank account name, account and BSB number in preparation for the referral fee processing at settlement.

Acceptance: By participating in the referral program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
